Sjöriket is now looking for another nursing assistant for the operations in Lagan.

Sjöriket is a well-established home care and home service provider with modern, beautiful facilities in central Ljungby and Lagan. We provide services in Ljungby urban area, Lagan and surrounding areas, Angelstad/Annerstad, and Ryssby/Agunnaryd. Your Responsibilities

We care about the individual citizen who has a need for support, and based on the approved assistance, we tailor and plan together so that the services facilitate everyday life. We want to be the obvious choice for both customers and employees. Our services should contribute to increased well-being and a good quality of life. Customers who wish to supplement their assessed home care can purchase additional services from us.

Our Basic Requirements

· We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and has experience working in elderly care,

· You have or have applied for a protected professional title,

· You have a B driver's license,

· You master Swedish in both speech and writing.

Our Setup

We offer a well-thought-out introduction and appoint a mentor whom you can turn to with questions and concerns. We have generous wellness allowances and activities, such as free membership for gym and group training at Workout in Ljungby, group training at Träna, swimming, and wellness allowances that are paid out twice a year. We also organize various health-promoting and community activities.

With us, you are close to your manager. All group rooms and offices are located in the same corridor! We of course have a collective agreement so that you can feel secure in your employment. We work with the Sjöriket model, which includes working an average of one evening a week and one weekend every four weeks. You decide for yourself what working hours you want, but we prefer that you work full-time.

The position starts with a six-month probationary period. The placement is mainly in Lagan, but coordination between workgroups occurs. We will conduct interviews on an ongoing basis and may make decisions before the application deadline, so do not wait to apply!
