Markaryd Municipality is looking for a nurse/district nurse for a temporary position!

Job Responsibilities

The work as a nurse/district nurse in home care is varied, developing, and educational. Home care is responsible for patients in both special and ordinary housing, LSS, care, and daily activities. As a nurse/district nurse, you lead the medical care work, make independent assessments, perform medical treatment and care interventions, and guide and educate the care staff in our various operations.

You will work in a team with other nurses, paramedics, and care staff. You will also have close collaboration with the health centers and their doctors.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse/district nurse. We prefer that you have experience in the field and good computer skills.

You have good problem-solving and organizational skills. We value a holistic perspective, good collaboration skills, long-term thinking, creativity, flexibility, and communication ability. Personal suitability will be given great importance. A B driver's license is required as travel by car is included in the position.

Weekly working hours 38.25 hours/week, day/evening work.

The position is a 1-year temporary position in home care, with the possibility of extension.

Start date 2026-03-01, working hours according to agreement.
