JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a new dedicated employee for Ingelstad home care. We are a team of about 30 people.

As a nursing assistant with us, you will work to ensure that our care recipients have a good everyday life where you assist with personal care and nursing, activation, social interaction, exercise, and outdoor activities, as well as services such as cleaning, laundry, and meal handling, shopping. Through a good approach and a professional attitude, you provide our care recipients with the best opportunities. We work with fixed care contacts, where one of our most important tools is the individual care plan that we all take responsibility for. You will read and document in our operational system.

We carry out delegated tasks from nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. The care load varies, and one day is not like the other. We work in the individual’s home, and the working conditions can therefore vary greatly. In home care, we work with daily planning, which requires you to be stress-resistant and independent. The day can change quickly, and we need staff who are flexible in thought and can adapt to new conditions swiftly.

QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for the position, you need a valid qualification from the healthcare and nursing program and experience working in home care. As a person, you are solution-focused and calm. You are confident in yourself and have an easy time collaborating with others. A professional attitude is important, where you as an employee are attentive and flexible to the needs of care recipients, colleagues, and the organization. A B driver's license is required.

You need to have a positive mindset and a willingness to contribute to a positive work environment.
