JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse in home care, you will work with the best and most rewarding aspect of the job - making everyday life better for our patients.

Your role includes planning and leading the work towards individual patients and their relatives. You will make medical assessments and provide treatment and nursing interventions, as well as follow up and document according to applicable legislation.

We work with all age groups and also with advanced home care, which makes the work stimulating and very varied.

In your work, you will have close contact with patients, as well as with relatives and other individuals in the patient's network. You will also work on guiding health and medical care efforts to other professionals.

There is great freedom in working within home care. You have scheduled visits that you can manage, but there are also urgent situations that may require you to rearrange your workday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed nurse, alternatively a district nurse, geriatric nurse, or nurse with other specialist competencies.

You are responsible and have a strong commitment and interest in your work. You see opportunities before difficulties and enjoy working independently as well as in a team. You are a good communicator and enjoy teaching/instructing.

A valid B driver's license is required for the position.
