Made for Sales has been tasked with recruiting a Senior Account Manager focused on national business for Samhall, within the Greater Stockholm region, which also includes Uppsala and Västerås. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine business acumen with societal benefit by contributing to Samhall's vision of creating sustainable businesses and developing jobs for its employees.
In the role of Senior Account Manager, you will work with complex service sales as the national account manager for some of Samhall's largest and most strategically important customers within soft FM, cleaning, property, and service solutions. You will be the main contact for national agreements and ensure that the collaboration delivers business benefits and quality throughout the country. In close cooperation with regional salespeople and delivery teams, you will drive the development of our largest customer collaborations – from contract structure to procurement and strategic dialogue. Developing existing customers is part of the assignment – but an overarching focus is on identifying new business opportunities that contribute to creating new jobs for Samhall's employees and finding smooth and value-creating solutions for Samhall's customers.
You will be part of a dedicated sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager for the Stockholm organization. The primary location for the position is Stockholm and surrounding areas, but for the right person, the location is not decisive.
We are looking for you who are an experienced and business-driven salesperson with a proven track record in complex service sales. You have a good understanding of economic processes and how to drive profitable business. As a person, you are business-minded, analytical, and structured, but also curious, creative, and solution-oriented. You are driven by creating value for the customer and are confident in communicating and building trust at all levels.
It is advantageous if you have industry experience – preferably in areas such as soft FM, cleaning, property services, or other complex service areas, but you may also come from related fields such as staffing, HR systems, or similar services with long and complex sales cycles. You are accustomed to working with the private sector and have the ability to navigate structured customer organizations with decision-makers at the management level. We would like you to have experience working with framework agreements and procurements.
Furthermore, you have a valid driver's license B, are fluent in Swedish and English in both speech and writing, and have good knowledge of digital tools.
