About the AssignmentWe are looking for a support-oriented service desk employee for a larger organization in the healthcare sector. In this role, you will be a central contact point for users who need help with IT issues in their daily work. You will work in an environment where availability and quality are crucial, and where your approach and problem-solving skills contribute to the organization being able to operate without unnecessary interruptions.
Support is handled via phone, chat, and service portal, and you will collaborate with other support functions and specialist teams as needed to drive cases to resolution.
Responsibilities- Receive and manage support cases via phone, chat, and service portal.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common IT issues related to, for example, login, network, clients, and operational systems.
- Guide users and explain technical issues in an easily understandable way.
- Work with case follow-up and ensure that cases are driven to closure.
- Collaborate with other support functions on more complex incidents and issues.
- Contribute to a professional and secure user experience across all channels.
- Relevant post-secondary education in IT/technology or another equivalent field, or several years of documented work experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Experience working in a technical support function over the phone, preferably in first line or second line support.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments.
- Good knowledge of O365.
- Experience in client management.
- Knowledge of mobile IT.
- Experience in access management.
- Experience with case management systems.
- Strong ability to communicate calmly, clearly, and professionally with users.
- Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish.
- Experience working in larger organizations, preferably in the public sector with a focus on healthcare operations.
