The role of a care assistant in home care means that you will work with something of the best and most enriching there is - making everyday life meaningful for our elderly citizens. You will be part of a team that works together to provide assistance according to the Social Services Act.

A professional approach is a given for us, both in terms of good treatment and understanding of other people's needs and feelings as well as in the work with care tasks. We are looking for a person who is skilled at building relationships, always has a good attitude towards clients and colleagues, has good initiative and collaboration skills, and a passionate interest in working with the elderly.

The home care service in Bromölla has undergone significant changes in recent years. We constantly think systemically. In our development work, we asked clients what was important to them. The most important thing was to feel secure; for them, it was a high continuity - that we are a few who come to them. We always work with a client focus, where we constantly have the client's needs and wishes at the center. We have introduced service teams that work with cleaning, laundry, and purchasing so that you as a care assistant can focus on care efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and preferably has a few years of experience in the profession. It is an advantage if you have further education as a specialist care assistant. You are confident in your professional role and always put the client's needs at the center.

As a person, you find it easy to adapt to changing circumstances and can effectively organize and prioritize your work. You are driven to deliver good and secure service to our clients and want to be part of the work to constantly develop our operations.

If you have a strong interest in development and digitalization, that is a plus.

Since documentation is part of the job, you need good communication skills and computer literacy. We would like you to be interested in welfare technology and open to trying new working methods.

A driving license (B) is a requirement for the position.
