Background The IT consulting companies One Agency AB, Nordicstation AB, and Polar Cape AB merged at the beginning of 2024 to form a European group with over 200 employees and nearly 100 subcontractors. The complementary competencies of the three companies provide a strong offering within agile teams, software development, IT management, and industry-specific SaaS solutions. There are many attractive synergies between the companies and in the trio as a whole, with great potential to become a powerful player in the IT consulting market in Europe. The merged company, now known as nion, has a turnover of over 300 million SEK and offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Oslo, Skopje, Bitola, and Sofia.
About the role With the new group's mix of consultants in Sweden and a near-shore team abroad, delivery capacity and scalability have increased significantly, providing an even better platform to accelerate customers' digital transformation. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a central role in launching the combined offering to the markets and will be involved in developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with management.
Responsibilities:
- Actively work to drive and realize a sales pipeline primarily for team deliveries in Sweden and/or near shore centers
- Drive the development of sales strategies for nion regarding team business, TM/Resource business, as well as partner operations and products
- Assist in TM/resource sales
About you We are looking for someone with extensive experience in driving complex sales processes within the IT consulting industry. You have documented experience in selling IT solutions or IT teams with a focus on value-based selling, while also being accustomed to handling TM and resource sales as well as working with partners.
From previous roles, you have developed a strong technical understanding of agile software and product development. You have experience in developing and implementing sales strategies in collaboration with management and have a broad active network among companies in need of IT competence, preferably both in Sweden and internationally.
As a person, you are curious, innovative, and results-oriented. You have good communication skills, and your colleagues would describe you as a positive and engaged team player with a good balance between humility and determination. You work proactively and have a good business understanding and a passion for creating unique deals and seeing the business grow.
