For an assignment with our client in the public sector in Gothenburg, Eccera is looking for a dedicated IT support technician with a passion for IT and service.

Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be an important contact point for IT-related questions and issues, playing a central role in creating a smooth and efficient support experience. You will work both on-site at the service desk and out in the operations, which means you will have the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the organization and sometimes even assist visitors seeking support directly. The role is varied, giving you the chance to utilize your full technical breadth and problem-solving skills when handling both simpler and more advanced cases.
You will be part of a knowledgeable support team where collaboration is highly valued, but you will also have independent responsibility for driving your tasks. You will work closely with users, document solutions, and actively contribute to developing routines and working methods, ensuring high quality in the team's support efforts.
In addition to user support, you will have the opportunity to work practically with IT equipment, including physical handling of hardware, setting up conference equipment, and monitoring critical infrastructure. This is a role for you who want to contribute to a stable and reliable working environment while also helping to shape the future IT environment.
Your profile
You have a genuine interest in IT and support and enjoy providing users with the best possible experience.
We prefer that you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support and IT support in a service desk
- Experience with ITIL or equivalent methodology
- Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
- High school education in a relevant field
