Inside Sales Representative for the Fuel Industry

We at Manpower are looking for an engaged inside sales representative for our client in the fuel industry. You will play a key role in welcoming new customers and reducing customer churn through proactive calls. About the Assignment

As an inside sales representative at our client, your assignment will partly involve making welcome calls to new customers to help them get started with their new cards and inform them about our ancillary services, as well as calling passive customers to retain them. The assignment may also involve some handling of incoming calls. There is an opportunity for some hybrid work.

Are you the right person for the assignment?

To succeed in this role, you need to have a relevant background and experience in customer care and sales. We also expect you to have good communication skills, as this is crucial for effectively handling customer inquiries and building strong relationships with our customers. Additionally, it is important that you are solution-oriented and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is motivated and driven by good results. You have a positive attitude, are solution-oriented, curious, and have an easy time adapting to new routines and processes.

Additionally, the following is required

• High school diploma, preferably in economics
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in speaking and writing Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience in sales, after sales, or customer service
• Good knowledge of the fuel industry or related fields, such as transportation
• Basic knowledge of business economics
• Good telephone skills
