Do you want to cook in perhaps the most ocean-close kitchen in the world? We are now looking for a passionate and self-driven chef who wants to help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests at Väderöarnas Värdshus.

Väderöarnas Värdshus is an oasis for those who enjoy life. Guests come here year-round to experience tranquility, nature, and good food. We prepare honest, seasonal dishes with a focus on local ingredients, fish, and seafood, creating personal experiences in a magnificent setting.

About the position

As a chef with us, you will be a key person in a small but ambitious team. We serve both lunch and dinner for private guests, conferences, and groups – sometimes at a fast pace, but always with quality in focus. You will:

• Plan and cook from scratch using carefully selected ingredients
• Handle orders, kitchen hygiene, and quality assurance
• Be involved in menu development and seasonal planning
• Work closely with the rest of the inn's team

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least a couple of years of experience as a chef
• Is self-driven, responsible, and flexible
• Has a passion for cooking with local and sustainable ingredients
• Enjoys living and working close to nature
• Preferably has experience from a similar work environment or à la carte (not a requirement)

Start: As agreed (preferably as soon as possible)

Workplace: Väderöarna, Fjällbacka, Bohuslän

Salary: As agreed

Accommodation: Offered on-site year-round
