Restaurant Bryggvingen is a fish and seafood restaurant located on the island of Lyr in southwestern Orust.

We operate a restaurant and two fish shops located in Lyr and Henån. (Lyrfiskarn)

Our restaurant is known for its fantastic location and our fresh ingredients, which we serve alongside the fish we largely catch ourselves with our own fishing boat LL97 ZENITH.

Fresh ingredients, self-caught fish & perhaps Bohuslän's most beautiful sea view.

We offer a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary by agreement starting in March.

What does the position look like -

We offer an alternating week schedule that is rolling during the low season (March-May and September-December).

The position is divided where you work according to a fixed schedule.

Low season -

Week 1

Tuesday - Friday 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM

Week 2

Thursday - Sunday 8:15 AM - 9:00 PM

High season

Tuesday - Friday long shifts/Thursday - Sunday long shifts

Oba, work all long weekends during spring and autumn.

Vacation in January, February & half of March

The person we are looking for -

We are looking for someone with previous experience in á la carte, who is creative, self-sufficient, has a positive attitude, is stress-resistant, has good communication skills, and is interested in the business we operate. You should be driven, bring new ideas, and work to move the restaurant forward.

You should have the ability to handle work independently, be able to collaborate, and be flexible in your working methods. You should be the right hand of the head chef and be able to work completely independently and lead the kitchen when the head chef is not present.

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
