Job Advertisement: Play Center Leader

Are you someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great service with a smile? Then you might be the one we are looking for! Together with the play center manager, you will play a key role in leading and managing the play center. You will also be responsible for the play center when the manager is not present. Additionally, you may be responsible for one or more areas such as parties or the kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Drive operations according to Leo's 4S - Safety, Cleanliness, Service, and Sales
• Work according to the company's concept and principles
• Ensure that the play center is always in top condition
• Purchasing
• Organize children's parties
• Prepare and serve simple dishes

The work is operational, and you will be part of your team.

Qualifications

You should have previous work experience, and it is an advantage to have worked in the service or restaurant industry, preferably in a kitchen. You are self-driven, flexible, and structured in your work. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have no issues handling stress. Since the job can be physically demanding, we prefer that you share our view of a healthy lifestyle and take responsibility for your health. We are looking for a positive person who will work with the team to achieve set goals. Last but not least, you love interacting with guests and always strive to exceed their expectations!

Other

The position is a permanent part-time employment at 50% with immediate start. There is a possibility for more work. Working hours vary, but a requirement is that you work at least every other weekend. We are affiliated with a collective agreement.
