Your Future Challenge

With us, you will work in an iterative environment where updates often occur, such as software updates, design changes, or additions to customer orders, usually after the product has been delivered. Therefore, we need to plan for upgrades at customer sites, and we call all this Retrofit. Our department consists of about ten employees, including several consultants, and as a Retrofit Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall planning of Retrofit measures.

Your tasks include planning the implementation of changes on already produced vehicles, which can take place in our own workshops but most often at our customers' sites. You are responsible for creating and updating schedules based on changes, cost tracking, material availability, and assessing remaining costs. You assess the resource needs for each occasion and the competencies required, then communicate this with the executing section to ensure the needs are met. The coordinator role will also assess which controls, together with engineers and service personnel, need to be performed for each change package, which requires strong analytical skills.

Some travel may be required in this position.

Who Are You?

You need to have technical knowledge to understand and analyze technical documentation. It is advantageous if you are familiar with our products CV90 and Bandvagn. We are looking for someone who wants to work in a leading role with many points of contact, where good communication skills, structure, and systematic approaches are important. Since we have international customers and suppliers, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. We would also like you to have knowledge of our business system SAP and the Product Database PLM Aras.
