We are now seeking a new team member for our store Coop Eriksberg. Customers in our store should not only be greeted by good products at good prices, but we also want them to experience food inspiration, interesting events, surprises, and, not least, receive a good personal greeting from all our staff every day. As a person, you are creative and are happy to come up with suggestions and ideas, and you find it easy to work in a team. You have an eye for detail and the commitment to create a welcoming, selling, and inspiring store. You are driven by challenges, see opportunities, and have a desire to continuously develop and streamline both the business and yourself.

You will primarily work in our manual fish and delicatessen counters and at the checkout, but there may also be other tasks common in a store, such as;

• Restocking shelves and facing products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with waste and loss prevention
• Conducting self-checks
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working physically. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience in fish and delicatessen is highly meritorious. Previous experience at the checkout in grocery retail is also highly meritorious, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 17 hours/week with start date as agreed. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary, but are mostly scheduled for evenings. We apply a probationary period.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• 18 years old as you need to work independently at the checkout
• Experience from fish and/or delicatessen is highly meritorious

• Experience and competence from retail and/or other service professions is meritorious
