We are now looking for a new employee for our Coop Eriksberg store. You will work on starting up our store kitchen and, in addition, support our fish and delicatessen counters. The tasks vary but focus on simple preparation of various lunch dishes for take-away. Other common tasks in the store may also arise, such as;

• Restocking shelves and facing products
• Building displays on sales tables and ends
• Working with inventory and waste
• Conducting self-checks
• Keeping the store clean and tidy

Together with your colleagues, you will be the face of the store, and for you, the customer is number one. You easily create long-term customer relationships and have the ability to inspire customers to enjoy shopping. You thrive on being active and working with your body. Working in a store offers you a varied job in sometimes a fast-paced environment, and it is important that you feel comfortable handling stressful situations.

Previous experience as a cold kitchen worker or chef and working with recipes and calculations is highly meritorious. Previous experience in grocery retail is also very valuable, but personal suitability is equally important to us at Coop.

The position is a permanent employment of 30 hours/week with a start date according to agreement. Recruitment is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Working hours vary but are mostly scheduled during the day. We apply a probationary period.

• Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement
• Must be at least 18 years old due to certain machinery age requirements
• Experience as a chef or cold kitchen worker is highly meritorious
• Experience working with recipes and calculations is highly meritorious
• Experience and competence in retail and/or other service professions is meritorious
