District Nurse at Hälsocentralen Centrum, Sundsvall Responsibilities

• Independent outpatient work with your own patients
• Telephone advice via TeleQ
• Work with both planned and urgent visits
• Documentation in Cosmic

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has further education as a district nurse

It is an advantage if you

• Have work experience in primary care

Have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

• Team player
• Structured
• Quality-conscious
• Loyal
