JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for nursing assistants for Home Care in Järpen.

Welcome with your application to our wonderful team in Home Care Järpen, recruitment will be ongoing.

The work is scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

As a nursing assistant, you work together with licensed staff and others in the team to provide good and individualized care. You have a holistic perspective and contribute to creating security, participation, and meaningfulness in everyday life.

We operate under both the Health and Medical Services Act and the Social Services Act, which means that we meet people with different needs where both medical and social interventions are included.

You are responsible for delegated tasks, documentation according to applicable routines, and are expected to make independent decisions in your professional role. Flexibility and accuracy are important parts of the assignment, as tasks may vary depending on the needs of the operation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have proof/certificate of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant according to the National Board of Health and Welfare, or you are waiting for your professional title.
• It is advantageous if you have several years of experience working as a nursing assistant in elderly care.
• You need to be confident in your professional role and able to work independently, have a holistic perspective, and feel comfortable making assessments.
• You feel confident working with delegated tasks and documenting what is relevant in a clear and accurate manner, in accordance with workplace routines and health care and social services legislation.
• A driving license (B) is required to perform the work.
• You have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
