About the Position

We are currently seeking, on behalf of an international medical technology company, an operations and maintenance technician for a modern and highly automated production facility in Mölndal. The company is engaged in the manufacturing of medical technology products and is in a development phase with new machines, renovations, and improvement projects. Job Responsibilities

As an operations and maintenance technician, you will work to ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The role involves both planned maintenance and troubleshooting, as well as working on improvements to machines and processes. You will work closely with production and collaborate with various functions within the organization. The work consists largely of planning and executing maintenance, but also analyzing downtime and following up on actions. If necessary, you will handle urgent technical issues. You may also be responsible for driving limited machine or improvement projects from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

Preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment
Troubleshooting and action during operational disruptions
Analysis of stoppage causes and implementation of improvement measures
Machine improvements and simpler machine renovations
Planning, follow-up, and documentation of completed work
Development of maintenance manuals
Collaboration with production, maintenance, and technical functions

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in technology and enjoys a role where you can delve into machines, processes, and improvement work. You have experience from the manufacturing industry and are comfortable with the mechanical aspect of maintenance, while also being curious and wanting to continue developing in a modern, highly automated environment. As a person, you are unpretentious and enjoy collaborating with others. You understand the value of teamwork, are willing to ask questions, and have good self-awareness of what you can do – and what you need help with. You can take responsibility for a task or project, drive it forward, and ensure it is completed without losing the overall perspective.

We wish that you possess:

Experience from the manufacturing industry, preferably in operations and/or maintenance
Good technical and mechanical understanding of machines and production equipment
Ability to work both operationally and analytically, for example with stoppage and maintenance analyses
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
Familiarity with mechanical work such as replacing chains, components, and machine parts
Basic understanding of PLC/automation (Siemens TIA Portal is a merit but not a requirement)
Ability to document work, for example in the form of maintenance manuals

The position is a consulting assignment via Cleverex Bemanning, where you are initially employed by Cleverex. For the right person, there are very good opportunities for transition to the client after about 6 months, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
