Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in personal assistance. You are a secure and responsible person who enjoys working in a team and has an interest in taking a leading role within the assistance group.

About the Position

The position involves working as a personal assistant with leadership responsibilities. In addition to the daily work close to the client, you will have an extended responsibility to contribute to structure and quality within the assistance group. You are expected to be a role model in work methods, routines, and interactions.

About the Client

You will work with a pleasant, expressive, and easy-going man living in Lidingö. The client has a positive personality and appreciates collaboration with secure and engaged assistants.

He needs support in all parts of his daily life, including personal care, transfers, and medical interventions. The client has, among other things, a tracheostomy (trach) and PEG, which means that you as an assistant need to be meticulous, responsible, and secure in your working methods. All necessary introduction and training will be provided. Upon employment, you will need to undergo mandatory training and then be approved by an external party. This is a requirement to work in the assignment.

The work takes place close to the client and in collaboration with other assistants in the team, where structure, communication, and cooperation are important parts.
