Who are you?

You thrive in a goal-oriented environment where your performance is measured and where you have significant responsibility for your results. Persistence and a strong desire to succeed are crucial for thriving and performing in this role.

Experience in sales and/or working over the phone is an advantage. This includes all forms of telemarketing, corporate sales, appointment booking, and other types of jobs involving customer contact.

Experience from the staffing industry is particularly advantageous.

Fluent Swedish and good computer skills are a requirement.

The position:

You will work in the appointment booking team. Here, we contact companies across the country, both large and small, with the aim of scheduling meetings with relevant decision-makers for our client. We reach out to both private and public companies via phone and email. All meetings we book are scheduled for a local salesperson working for our client. You will continuously have contact and build relationships with local salespeople in various locations, becoming the spider in the web.

At Exiva, you won't be just another face in the crowd; on the contrary, you will become an important and active part of the team. Here, you receive daily help, tips, and support from your closest managers and colleagues.

You will work with the company's largest client, who is the leading player in senior staffing, a rapidly growing industry. More and more companies are realizing that they can get help from experienced, local retirees who can contribute from the very first hour.

What we can offer you:

A fixed salary for good basic security, as well as a variable salary based on the month's results (measured by the number of meetings booked during the month).

Training in areas such as appointment booking, staffing, and sales.

Height-adjustable office desk, laptop, extra monitors, headset, and all other equipment you may need.

Every other month, we engage in various activities together, dine at restaurants and Christmas parties, have afterworks at the office or out in the city, and we travel abroad once a year. Participation is voluntary outside of work. Every autumn, we organize a conference where all clients are invited. The last conference had about 50 participants.

The workplace:

We have a large, open two-story office of over 300 square meters, just a stone's throw from Sundbyberg station. Here, you have your space in airy premises for the best possible comfort. Good transport links make it easy to travel to and from the office. Parking is available.
