Svensk Fastighetsförmedling is now recruiting, for another company within the group, a business-oriented and relationship-building field salesperson. The role is suitable for you who enjoys being out in the field, likes to create new contacts, and wants to further develop within sales and business development.

This is a junior role for those with 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably as a real estate agent, telemarketer, appointment setter, or in another outreach sales role, and who want to take the next step into a more independent position.

About the roleIn this role, you will be the company's face to the outside world and primarily work in the field. Your mission is to establish and develop collaborations with real estate agents across Sweden, focusing on creating interest, building trust, and generating business opportunities.

The work is largely outreach and involves cold calling, appointment booking, and personal meetings. You are responsible for planning your workweek, booking meetings, and conducting visits. Priority areas and goals are set together with the responsible manager, but you own the execution.

The role is relationship-driven and requires you to be comfortable making the first contact, following up on dialogues, and developing collaborations in the long term.

Responsibilities

  • Work outreach to real estate agencies

  • Book and conduct meetings, both via phone and in person

  • Present the company's offerings and create engagement with partners

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with agents and decision-makers

  • Identify new business opportunities and develop collaborations

  • Follow up on activities and ensure a stable inflow of business opportunities

  • Independently plan travels, meetings, and workweek

The role is field-based and involves regular travel within Sweden.

Travel & working methodThe position may involve about 4-6 overnight stays per month, sometimes several in a row. Travel is planned independently. The role is hybrid, which means you combine fieldwork with office work.

About you

  • 2-3 years of sales experience in an independent role

  • Background as a real estate agent or other sales job is advantageous

  • Familiar with outreach sales, cold calling, and appointment setting

  • Post-secondary education is an advantage

  • Very good Swedish in speech and writing

  • Driver's license B is a requirement

About the employmentYou are offered a role with great freedom under responsibility, clear goals, and good opportunities for further development within the group. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probation period. A company car is included in the position. Start date according to agreement. Selection is ongoing.
