Seraya is looking for a sharp, solution-oriented Project Manager to join our growing team. You will own our projects from start to finish: keeping everything on track, catching issues before they escalate, and ensuring the team performs at its best.

This is a hands-on role where you work closely with our creative and strategy teams – not from the sidelines. You will also help shape how we work: refining processes, raising the bar for delivery, and ensuring every project moves forward with momentum.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end project management of client projects, from kickoff to delivery
• Plan timelines, scope, and resources – and keep everything on track
• Anticipate obstacles and provide solutions, not just flag problems
• Work closely with our creative, strategy, and production teams
• Take ownership of team workflows and help everyone deliver at their best

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience leading projects in an agency, creative, or marketing environment
• Has a background in content and creative processes – you see the craft, not just the deliverable
• Is solution-oriented and proactive
• Has a genuine interest in creative work and wants to be part of it, not just oversee it
• Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
• Experience with the US market and international campaigns is a plus
