In the role of carpenter, you will be involved in construction projects based on drawings and detailed instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that the work meets high standards and is carried out with precision. In addition to carpentry work, you may also need to perform tasks such as painting, masonry, and tiling to support various projects for our client. You will work at a smaller construction company based in Algutsrum with daily projects primarily on Öland. You will collaborate with your colleagues to achieve common goals and contribute to the success of the projects.

To succeed in this role, experience in carpentry is a requirement. You may have gained your knowledge through formal education or perhaps you are self-taught with many years of experience in your own construction projects. Being able to read drawings and handle both traditional hand tools and modern machines is essential. You work with a high safety standard and enjoy taking responsibility for your projects, whether you work independently or with others. A valid driver's license is also required to get around to clients. Most importantly, you should have an interest in craftsmanship, a willingness to learn, and the ability to take great responsibility for the work you perform and the results you deliver to the client.
