We are looking for our new Site Manager

We are growing and therefore looking for a strategic and quality-conscious person for our construction operations. If you have an interest in people, leadership, and modern construction technology and want to take on extended responsibility for a construction site, the position of site manager with us may be for you!

What does the role of site manager entail?

The daily work primarily involves being responsible for leading a construction project on the construction site. We mainly build larger single-family homes, and the site manager's role is to be responsible for a construction site and ensure that the construction follows agreed quality, time, and financial frameworks while maintaining contact with subcontractors along with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues.

Additionally, as a site manager, you will have close collaboration with other site managers and our project managers. As a site manager, you are BAS-U and have a supervisory position over your colleagues at the construction site.

More specifically, you will

* participate in planning, construction, and technical meetings

* lead the work on the construction site

* conduct inspections and follow-ups

* manage contact with clients and suppliers

* follow up on the contractor's work

The person we are looking for

In this role, we place great importance on your personality and are therefore looking for someone who is unpretentious, driven, and social. To succeed in the job, it is also required that you are strategic in your way of working. If you are also interested in people, leadership, and modern construction technology, you will have much in common with your new colleagues, but this is not a specific requirement.

Additionally, we require that you

* have completed the Construction and Civil Engineering program (high school) or have equivalent experience

* have more than 3 years of work experience in construction/civil engineering

* have a B driver's license.

We consider it an advantage if you

* have completed leadership training

* have taken relevant training in workplace safety (BAS-P), scaffolding, etc.
