We are looking for a skilled carpenter who wants to become part of our team. Here you will have a varied and independent job where you make a real difference for both residents and businesses.

About the position

As a carpenter in our maintenance department, you will work with maintenance, repairs, renovations, and construction-related service assignments in our property portfolio. In addition to our housing, we also offer management services with operation and service to the municipality's schools, preschools, business premises, and facilities within elderly care.

You will be part of both larger and smaller maintenance and investment projects within Västerviks Bostads AB and TjustFastigheter AB. Here you will collaborate closely with project managers, property managers, and contractors.

The work involves both independent tasks and teamwork. You will meet tenants, colleagues, and other partners, making service orientation and good communication important. Since the role also involves reporting in our digital systems, you need to have good computer skills.

Qualifications

Education

• Vocational education at the upper secondary level or equivalent
• Professional certificate
• Driving license B

Experience

• At least 5 years of professional experience in carpentry
• Meritorious: good knowledge of tile and stone setting

Skills

You have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing and are comfortable using digital tools. Experience in tile and stone setting is a plus that allows you to contribute to more types of assignments.
