As a technician, you will work with the installation and commissioning of mobile network equipment at various types of sites – from rooftops and industries to masts and towers in both urban and forest environments. The work often takes place at high altitudes and involves both technical assembly and configuration.

Examples of tasks:

• Preparation of materials and equipment
• Installation of antennas and hardware in mast environments
• Laying power cables and fiber
• Commissioning of mobile network sites
• Service and upgrades of existing equipment

You will work in a team of three in Kalmar, with travel varying in extent across large parts of southern Sweden, such as to Växjö and Öland. For longer travel times, hotel accommodation is offered. Work usually takes place Monday to Thursday with 10-hour days, allowing for free Fridays. Otherwise, working hours are 07:00–16:00 Monday to Friday.

We are looking for someone who is technically interested, enjoys working outdoors, and is not afraid of heights. You have a natural drive, are social, and enjoy taking initiative, someone who readily steps forward and makes things happen in everyday life. You thrive in a team where you can both contribute and develop, and you have no problem traveling for work.

We expect you to have:

• Driver's license B (requirement)
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (requirement)
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and collaborate in a team
• Curiosity and engagement to learn new technical systems
• Height safety training (meritorious – can be offered)
• Experience in technical work or installation (meritorious)

The position starts as a consulting assignment through 2Complete for about six months, with good opportunities for transition to a permanent position directly with Axians ICT AB.
