Do you want to work closely with users in a socially important organization and contribute with service, structure, and technical expertise? We are now looking for a support technician for first line for a part-time assignment with varying working hours, where you will be an important part of the IT support in everyday life.

In the role of support technician, you work closely with users and are often the first point of contact for IT-related questions. You assist users via phone, email, and on-site, register and follow up on cases, and manage basic administration in the IT environment. The assignment is performed 100% on-site in central Stockholm.

• Receive and manage cases via phone and case management system

• Provide user support regarding IT-related questions, on-site or via phone

• Activation and management of user accounts in Active Directory

• Password management

• Imports and exports

• Troubleshooting in Windows environments and applications

You are a service-oriented and communicative person with a genuine interest in technology. You enjoy helping others, are pedagogical in your working style, and thrive in a role where no day is the same.

• Approved IT education

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within first-line support.

• Experience working in a case management system

• Experience of work regulated by the Security Protection Act

• Experience working in a larger IT environment or public sector

• Scope: Part-time 50%

• Location: Stockholm (work is fully on-site)

• Start date: February 2, 2026

• End date: December 31, 2026

• Option: Possibility of extension until December 31, 2028

• Citizenship: Swedish citizenship required

• Security clearance: Will be conducted
