We are looking for an IT specialist for a government agency responsible for managing payment flows.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The assignment concerns a functional specialist within Oracle E-Business Suite at a government authority responsible for legally secure management of incoming and outgoing payments. The role involves configuring and further developing the business system to support the organization's processes in an ongoing digitalization and automation journey. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the business and IT in an agile team.

Responsibilities

Configure Oracle E-Business Suite to meet the needs of the organization

Understand and familiarize oneself with the business processes that the system will support

Engage in dialogue and collaborate with process owners, end-users, solution architects, and developers

Participate in system testing and, if necessary, verifications in the production environment

Support daily operations and participate in new and further development

Work according to agile methods and actively contribute to the team's joint delivery

Requirements (Note: Mandatory)

At least 5 years of professional experience with Oracle eBS as a functional expert in the last 12 years.

At least 5 years of professional experience with the AR, AP, and GL modules in Oracle eBS in the last 12 years.

At least 5 years of professional experience with the technical framework that Oracle eBS is built on and the guidelines for configuring solutions and additions to the standard system's functionality in the last 12 years.

At least 5 years of professional experience with documentation according to Oracle eBS standards in the last 12 years.

At least 5 years of professional experience in complex system environments in larger organizations in the last 7 years.

Swedish at least at an intermediate level (CEFR B1) in speaking and writing.

Desirable

Work experience with various agile methods and frameworks such as SAFE and Scrum.

Personal qualities

Analytical and questioning, used to sharing opinions without prompting.

Enjoys working closely with developers, testers, DBAs, etc.

Responsible, proactive, and unpretentious.

Ability to communicate and create good relationships with colleagues.

Enjoys working in strong groups with senior members.
