Are you our new property manager?

PiteBo is looking to expand its organization with a property manager due to retirement. The position is 100% with start date according to agreement. We offer a varied job that involves daily contact with people. You will be part of the property management organization together with approximately 20 other property managers. Within the group, there is a wealth of knowledge, experience, and teamwork available. The group is led by the property manager and operational property management leader.

Who are we?

PiteBo is the municipal housing company with the important mission of providing attractive rental apartments to a growing population in Piteå. Our operations manage and develop 4000 apartments in various parts of the municipality in a responsible manner, we aim to offer good housing and be a serious and reliable landlord for 6000 tenants, and we take responsibility for building new homes and welcoming new residents as Piteå grows.

Your responsibilities

As a property manager, you will have daily contact with tenants regarding most issues related to their housing. You will receive maintenance requests and be responsible for actions taken. You will ensure that repairs, maintenance, and both internal and external upkeep are carried out, either by yourself, with the help of colleagues, or contractors.

You will inspect and show apartments during relocations and maintain contact with both incoming and outgoing tenants. You will welcome new tenants and help them get a good start in their housing with PiteBo. You will be the company's contact person for contractors and follow up on orders and deliveries. You will have an administrative role in managing supplier invoices, inspections, and contractor contacts.

As a property manager, you play a very important role in creating security and comfort for our tenants. Visibility, presence, and accessibility in the residential areas are fundamental prerequisites.

• Have experience in customer relations and thrive in that role.

• Can work independently but also look forward to working in our PiteBo team.

• Have basic knowledge of property technology, construction, or installation technology.

• Have basic computer skills, experience, and interest in using digital tools, as a smartphone is a daily work tool.

• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written.

• Hold at least a B driver's license.

• Can work according to PiteBo's values - Businesslike/Engagement/Response/Security.

• Want to manage and develop our properties, property management areas, and the role of an employee.
