About the Position
As an alarm technician in the Swedish Armed Forces and FMTIS, you will play an important role in an agency that is experiencing strong growth. Together with competent and dedicated colleagues, you will receive responsibility, development, and challenges. This is with a flexible employer who encourages work-life balance and good health. You will have the opportunity to train during work hours, generous working time agreements, parental pay, and up to seven weeks of vacation per year. The work is primarily located in Norrbotten County, but work may also occur in other parts of the country or abroad.
About FMTIS

By operation and maintenance, we primarily mean commissioning, preventive (inspections/audits), and corrective maintenance work of technical surveillance systems, as well as ongoing system changes. The area mainly includes alarm, access, and CCTV systems with associated IT infrastructure (servers, clients, switches, routers, firewalls, etc.). The work requires careful ongoing registration, updating, and documentation in support systems. Furthermore, it includes handling and responding to inquiries within the area, providing technical support to the organization and decision-makers. You will collaborate with various units and suppliers and participate in temporarily organized working groups or projects (e.g., during new installations).
