JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the municipality's Social Services, the main mission is to work with people in need of support, help, and care to manage their daily lives. We are in need of ambitious and committed substitutes for the various operations. The positions we are looking for staff for are caregiver/nursing assistant for home care in Lima, Rörbäcksnäs.

All job roles involve varying working hours, with shifts scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• providing care, help, and support to users and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs.
• creating a meaningful everyday life for individuals in collaboration with the environment and working solution-focused to meet the individual without infringing on their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence.
• providing residents with security in their own homes.
• following our routines and guidelines

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant, but it is not a requirement. If you have not worked in these areas before but are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly, do not hesitate to apply anyway. We value personal suitability and your commitment and offer both introduction and support to help you feel secure and grow in your role. As a person, you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. You need to be able to master Swedish in speech and writing and have the ability to communicate and work according to people's different needs and conditions. In the recruitment process, we will also consider your ability to be flexible, responsible, and your ability to collaborate with others.

A B driver's license is required.
