JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Within the municipality's Social Services, the main task is to work with people in need of support, help, and care to manage their daily lives. We are in need of ambitious and committed substitutes for the various operations. The position we are looking for is a substitute care assistant/nursing assistant for home care in Lima, Rörbäcksnäs.

The role involves varying working hours, with shifts scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• providing care, help, and support to users and maintaining good living conditions based on individual needs.
• creating a meaningful everyday life for the individual in collaboration with the environment and working solution-focused to meet the individual without infringing on their right to self-determination, integrity, and influence.
• providing residents with security in their own homes.
• following our routines and guidelines

Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant, but this is not a requirement. If you have not worked in these areas before but are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly, do not hesitate to apply anyway; we value personal suitability and your commitment and offer both introduction and support to help you feel secure and grow in your role. As a person, you are engaged, interested in other people, and humble. You need to be able to communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written, and have the ability to communicate and work according to people's different needs and conditions. A B driver's license is required.
