Job Advertisement: Care Assistants and Nursing Assistants for Högsätra Care and Nursing Home

Högsätra care and nursing home is located in Högsätrahuset on Lidingö. We are surrounded by greenery and we utilize our balconies, garden, and surrounding walking paths as much as we can. On the ground floor, there is KulturPunkt Högsätra for the elderly, our inviting premises that we use for various activities and events. We are a Silviahem-certified and academic care and nursing home.

We belong to the care and social administration, which is one of our six administrations in Lidingö municipality. Approximately 800 employees work with us to support our residents in all stages of life. We work with elderly care, social psychiatry, disability support, and individual and family care. We always put the individual's needs at the center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide personal care and support based on each resident's individual needs
• Assist with dressing and undressing, personal hygiene, meals, and daily activities according to assistance decisions and implementation plans
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other team members to ensure high quality and comply with applicable legislation
• Contribute to meaningful activities, social interaction, and outdoor activities for the residents

QUALIFICATIONS

We are now looking for engaged nursing assistants and care assistants as hourly substitutes for our professional and experienced team at Högsätra care and nursing home. For those who want to work more during the summer, there is also the opportunity for summer positions during June, July, and August.

Who you are as a person is very important to us. We want you to have good collaboration skills and a high level of personal maturity. You are secure, calm, and stable in your interactions with the residents and their relatives. Being caring and providing a good reception are significant qualities in your work.

To succeed and thrive in your work with us, you also need to have:

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic computer skills
