In the role of field service technician , you will work with service and repairs of construction machinery both in the workshop and out in the field. You will follow the service process from start to finish, from customer contact and troubleshooting to repairs and recording of work. You will work from a facility or your home and conduct your work with your service vehicle to assist our customers directly on site.

We stand for high service and skill in the area, and as a field service technician, you represent Söderberg & Haak at our customers' locations. As a person, you are service-oriented and used to working independently. You are solution-focused, meticulous, and take responsibility for driving your work. The position involves variation and a lot of travel with the service vehicle, which you see as a positive aspect.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience as a mechanic, preferably in heavy construction
• Automotive technology education or equivalent experience
• Knowledge and experience of vehicle electronics, hydraulics, and welding
• Swedish spoken and written, our manuals are in English so you need to have English reading comprehension
• B driver's license is required, C driver's license is an advantage
