About the position
As a property caretaker, you will have overall responsibility for the daily maintenance of about 400 apartments in the properties within your area. You will perform repairs, inspections both in the properties and inside the apartments, as well as welcome new tenants and ensure they have a good start in their housing.

The role also includes contact with external contractors and various functions within the company. You will work independently and plan your work in a structured manner.

Practical info:
Start: Immediately
Location: Södertälje (advantage if you have access to your own car).
Working hours:
Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:15, Friday 07:00–15:15
The position lasts until the turn of the year with a chance of extension thereafter.
You need to be able to work all weekdays around the Christmas and New Year period.
You will be based at one of the operations offices located in Brunnsäng, Lina Hage, and Hovsjö.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
-High school diploma.
-Basic IT skills.
-B driver's license.
-Fluent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
-Experience and knowledge in property technology (heating, ventilation).
-Experience in repairs within plumbing, carpentry, ventilation, and locks.
-Experience in service occupations with daily customer contacts.

We believe you are:
A service-oriented and solution-focused person who enjoys varied tasks and daily contact with people. You do not need to speak perfect Swedish, but it is important that you can make yourself understood both verbally and in writing, so that communication with colleagues and tenants runs smoothly.

It is an advantage if you have a car, as bus connections to our district offices may be limited.
