In the role of Lead Installer/Service Electrician, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed according to plan while leading and supporting your team to achieve the best possible results. You will work on both large and small assignments, where your ability to lead and organize is crucial for success. We carry out a range of electrical installations, such as tenant adaptations, electrical installations in stores and offices, as well as ongoing service work. Your workday will be varied and challenging, with both new installations and maintenance of existing facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute projects in close collaboration with your team
• Lead and coordinate installation work to ensure high quality and proper execution
• Ensure that customer expectations are met and perhaps even exceeded
• Be responsible for resource planning and purchasing in consultation with the project team
• Perform standard electrical installation work
• Maintain close contact with customers to ensure that the work is carried out according to their wishes and needs.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• Electrical education
• ECY certificate
• At least five years of experience in electrical installations
• Driver's license B
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form

You are a self-driven and structured person who enjoys a leadership role where you are responsible for both daily operations and driving projects forward. As a leader, you are solution-oriented and good at taking initiative. You have a good ability to communicate and build trust both internally and with customers.
