Now there is an opportunity to work at Sweden's 3rd largest private housing company where your efforts generate profits for Sweden's pensioners - Willhem is now looking for a caretaker to join our dedicated team in Vällingby.

The Role

We help each other and work together to achieve our goals.  You will be based at our office currently located in Vällingby but will spend large parts of your workday out in our properties. The property portfolio is mixed and consists of both new constructions and older properties spread over a relatively large geographical area around Stockholm. As a caretaker with us, you are the one who keeps an eye on the property and ensures that our tenants receive continued excellent service. Your main tasks include troubleshooting, repairing, and resolving issues that arise in our customers' apartments.  

Willhem Stockholm is in an expansive phase where we plan to grow the number of properties in the coming years. We are also reviewing the location of our office in Stockholm to make room for more employees.

Your tasks include:  

- create and maintain a good relationship with tenants, contractors, and colleagues

- perform systematic rounds according to a set schedule 

- conduct inspections during move-in and move-out 

- planning and execution of repairs and ongoing maintenance 

- handle service requests, complaints, and claims, and provide feedback to tenants 

- order and follow up on property supplies and minor contracting work 

- supervise ventilation, heating, and electrical systems in our properties 

Who are you? 

We are looking for someone with experience and interest in customer-oriented property work. We prefer that you have some education focused on technology and/or property management. You are a handy problem solver with good knowledge and experience in at least some of the areas of plumbing, apartment inspections, SBA, round work, construction, or electrical work. You should be comfortable working in data systems, and a B driver's license is required.

We place great importance on your personal qualities. As a caretaker, you are Willhem's face to our tenants. Therefore, it is important that you are communicative and customer-focused. We are looking for someone who is responsible and can prioritize. You have a strong drive and are welcome to bring ideas on how we can improve in your area. Your ability to work independently is good, but you also work well in a team as we place great emphasis on collaboration and helping each other. Our goal is to deliver excellent service to our tenants while being businesslike, so we are looking for someone who enjoys customer contact and likes the challenge of finding solutions that benefit both the customer and us as a company.
