About the Company

Bospower is the general agent for Rolls-Royce power systems and works exclusively with their product range. Their main focus in Sweden is the engine brand MTU, which is part of Rolls-Royce. They offer service and refurbishment of engines, sales of spare parts, and delivery of new engines.

They are part of the Norwegian Bertel O. Steen group, which means they combine the flexibility and short decision-making paths of a smaller company with the security of belonging to a stable and growing group.

Here, they work with everything from engine refurbishments to advanced component machining.

About the Position

As a service technician, you will work with troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of MTU engines, both on-site at customer locations and in the workshop. The engines you work with are found in reserve power plants, industrial environments, and vessels. The work is carried out both independently and in teams, and travel and overnight stays are a natural part of the job.

You will be based in the workshop in Jordbro, but you will often be on-site with customers in different parts of Sweden – and sometimes even in the Nordic countries.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience as a mechanic and good knowledge of engines, for example from boats, trucks, or construction machinery.

• Speaks fluent Swedish and has basic knowledge of English.

• Has basic computer skills.
