Job Responsibilities

We are looking for someone who wants to work full-time with one of our clients in Södertälje as a property caretaker at their facility. The job responsibilities mainly consist of overseeing the daily maintenance of the property and its outdoor environment, ensuring that the area is well-organized and functioning properly, as well as performing simpler maintenance and service tasks. You will also work on keeping the yard in order, handling practical tasks related to the property, and documenting or registering information in systems as needed.

The position suits you who enjoy practical work, thrive outdoors, and have an eye for structure, order, and responsibility. It is important that you are self-driven, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a strong safety mindset in your work.

A B driver's license is required, as the work takes place on a large facility that often involves moving around the area with vehicles. Experience in property maintenance, technical maintenance, or similar work is highly meritorious.

The assignment involves independent and varied work with responsibility for supervision, simpler technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and practical service tasks, both indoors and outdoors. You plan and prioritize your tasks to ensure a well-functioning property.

Requirements:

Experience in property maintenance, technical work, or similar service profession
Good technical knowledge and practical problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and plan and prioritize tasks
B driver's license
Basic computer skills, e.g., in troubleshooting systems, email, and documentation
Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

Vocational training in property maintenance, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar
