Are you a driven and experienced service technician in technology, mechanics, electrical engineering, and machine control? The role of the service technician is central to ensuring MaskinSystem's technical quality and customer satisfaction. Through installation, service, support, and customer training, this role contributes to growth and strong customer relationships.

As a service technician, you are a key person in ensuring effective and safe solutions for MaskinSystem's contractor customers in the civil engineering sector. You work independently with assembly, service, and repair of machine control and measuring equipment – and serve as an important technical support to both customers and the sales department.

In this role, you will work with:

• Performing assembly, service, and technical support in the field
• Acting as technical sales support within the region
• Managing inventory and service vehicles
• Handling reporting, invoicing, and warranty matters
• Providing feedback to customers and training during assembly
• Documenting work according to procedures

To succeed in this role, you have:

• 2 years of vocational education in workshop technology or vehicle technology / or 5 years of experience in similar professions after education
• Experience in civil engineering
• Basic knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to handle Windows/Android computers/tablets including Office software
• Familiarity with excavators/loaders, able to move, dig, change buckets, etc.
