Fazer Gateau Enskede is looking for an engaged and confident Shift Leader who loves freshly baked goods and is passionate about both service and leadership. With us, the guest experience is always at the center – and as a Shift Leader, you are a key person in making both the team and the day run smoothly.

What will you do?

• Lead and distribute work during your shift and ensure a high level of service in the store.
• Be a role model in interactions with our guests at the checkout, behind the counter, and in the store.
• Support, coach, and motivate the team during both calm and busy periods.
• Ensure that routines, quality, and guidelines are followed.
• Teach and inspire about our French artisan bread and our product range.
• Work varied hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

What are we looking for in you?

• Have a clear service mindset and a responsible leadership style.
• Enjoy working closely with both guests and colleagues.
• Be structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions.
• Have experience from service professions such as café, restaurant, or store.
• Previous experience in leadership or similar responsibilities is a plus.
• Be at least 18 years old.

With us, you will be offered a permanent position of 30h/week, with secure conditions according to the Serving Agreement between HRF and Food Companies. The hourly wage is 98.22–161.59 SEK and is set based on age and experience. As a Shift Leader, an additional 5 SEK/hour will be added. Other supplements apply according to collective agreements.
