We are now looking for a Production/Workshop Manager with IWS knowledge!

About the position

You will work with:

• Production planning and coordination of manufacturing.
• Creating and planning manufacturing orders for production.
• Ensuring an efficient production flow and following up on goals and lead times.
• Personnel responsibility and daily management of the team.
• Purchasing of materials, primarily sheet metal and materials for the tank, detail, and turning departments.

You will be responsible for welding and ensure that permissions and training are up to date. The position also includes responsibility for the work environment in the workshop.

Your experience

We believe that you have:

• Experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Good computer skills and knowledge of business systems, experience in Monitor ERP is an advantage.
• An active leadership style that creates structure, engagement, and security.
• Experience in welding, welding methods, and welding standards.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and a valid B driver's license.
