We are now investing in a newly developed position as a coordinator for member services and short-term rentals. In this role, you will be actively involved in the work with Higab's member service Bagih, which provides members access to premises and ancillary services that support their operations. You will work daily to ensure that the venues function as intended, from simpler tasks to more long-term development issues, and you will also be responsible for short-term rentals of selected venues for temporary events. This includes administration as well as marketing and customer relations. You will work closely with the operations manager and contribute to developing the member service to create both customer value and profitability.

The target group for Bagih is the cultural and creative industries (CCI). Higab has many tenants in this area, often sole proprietors or small businesses, with a need for more ancillary services and flexible premises. Here, we want to meet both today's and tomorrow's demands for how a creative meeting and workspace should be designed and function.

As a coordinator for member services and short-term rentals, you will be part of the Marketing department, which aims to contribute to the company's ability to become the leading provider of unique premises in Gothenburg with a focus on profitability and customer value.

Qualifications and Background

We are looking for someone with relevant education or experience in coordination within CCI. We see that you have an interest in areas such as service, events, sales, and marketing, and that you keep yourself updated in these fields.

You are clearly service-oriented, stay updated on market trends, and have a genuine commitment to service development. We see that you are creative and have an easy time thinking outside the box while also having the ability to communicate and implement ideas in practice. Since the role involves extensive contact areas, both internally and externally, you are skilled at creating and maintaining long-term relationships. You are used to working in complex environments where multiple perspectives need to be considered and given conditions are not always present.

Experience in service professions such as office hotels, co-working, sharing economy, or similar is a plus. Understanding the needs of customers, especially actors within the creative and cultural industries, is valuable. We place great importance on your personal qualities.
