JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a care assistant or nursing assistant in ordinary housing, you contribute to safe, professional, and legally secure services performed in the resident's own home. Based on the individual's needs, you provide care and service that facilitates daily life. The care is based on the approved services the resident has under the Social Services Act and can involve everything from supporting them with personal care to cleaning and shopping.

In ordinary housing, we work pedagogically to ensure that residents receiving home care services feel as independent and involved as possible. To ensure good care and high quality, we work based on the Individual's Needs in Center (IBIC), where responsiveness and a rehabilitative approach are the foundation of our work. Engagement and priorities that create a really pleasant workplace with a good working environment and rewarding collaboration are also high on the agenda.

For us, it is important that you always put the resident's needs at the center and respect the integrity of those we serve.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with experience in care and nursing work and/or a completed education as a nursing assistant.

You are attentive and work patiently with a focus on creating the best care for the resident. You have the ability to prioritize and see yourself as a solution-focused and flexible person. You are pedagogical, responsible, and comfortable working independently, while also contributing skills to our teams. We hope and believe that you thrive in a role where you have the opportunity to make a real difference.

What requirements do we have for our substitutes?

• You are over 18 years old.
• Medication delegation, as it is a requirement to obtain approved delegation.
• You master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with users, relatives, and your colleagues.
• You can document in writing what is required in the operation.
• You can work with both male and female colleagues and users.
• You submit an extract from the police's criminal record.
• A driver's license is an advantage in ordinary housing.
• Being able to cycle.
• You are confident in working independently within the given framework of the operation.
• You have a good attitude and are responsible.

OTHER

In connection with the interview, you as a candidate need to present proof of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES or a valid work permit.

For those offered employment, an extract from the National Police Board's criminal record is required.
