Your role:

As a preparer/planner, you will have a central role in the maintenance work within the organization. You will be responsible for preparing and planning mechanical jobs and ensuring that relevant documentation, spare parts, and materials are in place for the tasks to be performed. Since the assignment includes contact and coordination with both internal and external parties, it is important that you have good communication skills. To succeed in the role, it is also important that you work systematically and structured, as well as being flexible and motivated to find solutions to problems.

Your team:

You will be part of the maintenance section at the Concentration Plant. The group currently consists of a maintenance engineer, a stop planner, and two supervisors (in mechanics and storage). In your role as a preparer/planner for mechanical maintenance, you will work closely with the supervisor in mechanics and the team consisting of 12 mechanics. You will also collaborate with colleagues from storage, production, and other internal functions as well as with external suppliers.

Your tasks:

• Establish weekly plans for mechanical maintenance work.
• Prepare ordering documentation for equipment for maintenance and operations, and ensure that relevant spare parts are available.
• Plan and prepare maintenance efforts.
• Follow up and analyze costs of maintenance work.
• Coordinate and collaborate with both internal and external parties.

On-call duty may be included in the position.

Your contribution:

• High school education with a focus on technology or industry, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in the process or manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Good computer skills.
• Driver's license B.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience working in the maintenance system Maximo.
