As a service technician with us, we offer you a varied everyday life where you become an important piece of the puzzle to ensure our customers' safety in their facilities, and a significant part of Umeå's sustainable development. The infrastructure plays a crucial role in a functioning society, which you will contribute to in this role. You will meet our customers daily and have the opportunity to contribute to customer satisfaction in a service-oriented manner. The work is varied as the tasks are seasonal, and you will also experience variety as the work is performed both indoors and outdoors.

Some of your tasks:

• Conducting service visits and meter changes in district heating and cooling customers' substations
• Performing operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ground heating and district heating substations for residential and business customers
• Operation and maintenance work in district heating and cooling networks
• Being part of developing action proposals for energy savings for customers.

This position includes standby duty approximately every seventh week, where you receive fault reports directly from customers and respond to urgent issues.

Your team:You will work closely with other service technicians, the delivery coordinator, and project engineers within the area of Distribution Heating, Cooling & Services. It is a positive, engaged, and helpful group with great drive working to create customer satisfaction and enjoyable days at work.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• At least a high school education with a technical focus or work experience in equivalent tasks
• A valid driver's license (B).

Meritorious for the position:

• Experience in operation/maintenance of district heating/cooling networks or similar
• Experience in operation/maintenance of building substations
• Experience in control and regulation, setting/optimizing heating systems
• Experience in customer-facing interfaces.
