To begin with, it is a slow-moving vehicle that anyone with a B driver's license is entitled to drive. However, as we work with tourists from all countries and all ages, our tourist trains are the tools to take care of our customers. There is a great responsibility on you as a train pilot, and you must be an experienced "driver" with a feel for both vehicles and people. The cityscape of Gothenburg is particularly challenging, requiring a considerable dose of flexibility and dynamism. What worked yesterday may not work tomorrow; you must be adaptable.

As an applicant, you should feel that you want to showcase the city and be an ambassador for both Stinsen and Gothenburg. Our customers are visitors, and our focus is on them for a few days, making each tour unique. We do not work with autopilots, even though there are routines for the tour. Our tour lasts about 35-40 minutes and goes through the older districts of Gothenburg. The story is, of course, about our history mixed with some fun and interesting facts about our 400-year-old city.

We place great importance on personality - less on CV. Therefore, your application consists of a personal letter and a 2-3 minute video where you describe yourself and why you want to work as a train pilot at Stinsen.
