We are now looking for an engaged sales representative who wants to take the next step with us!

In the role of sales representative, you will be the face of XR Environmental Management and a central part of our continued growth. You will work independently but will be part of a sales team and collaborate closely with other colleagues, and your everyday tasks will include:

• Developing and nurturing both new and existing customers.

• Identifying customer needs and transforming them into value-creating solutions.

• Driving the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.

• Working purposefully to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Representing XR Environmental Management at customer visits, networking events, and trade shows.

You will be based at our office in Timboholm, Skövde, but much of the work will take place out in the field with customers.

We are looking for someone with a strong drive, who enjoys meeting people and is motivated by making deals.

• You have experience in proactive sales or a similar role.

• You are self-driven, results-oriented, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

• You are communicative, relationship-building, and instill trust.

• Computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems are advantageous.

• Experience in the recycling or transport industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
