About the role

Your task is to provide quality of life. You see each individual and have the ability to understand what each person needs. Thanks to you, those who live with us can maintain their lifestyle and habits. At the same time, you will develop valuable knowledge about care, service, and aging.

As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you play a key role in a team with a nurse, occupational therapist, and physiotherapist who work closely together.

About Storängen

Storängen is a nursing home located in the Storängen area of Söderköping.

The residence consists of three houses: Gläntan, Tallgården, and Dalgården. (mailto:[email protected])

Gläntan has a total of 18 apartments, of which 8 are for permanent residence and 10 are short-term places. Tallgården has 18 apartments for permanent residence. Dalgården is located a couple of hundred meters away with a total of 32 apartments for permanent residence. (mailto:[email protected])

•  Group managers: You have a manager close to you who spends part of their time working in the operations. This can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. (mailto:[email protected])

• Activity manager at 75% who organizes activities for all residents. (mailto:[email protected])

Your experience and knowledge

We prefer that you are a trained nursing assistant/caregiver or have equivalent experience in elderly care.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
